Cancellation Policy
Thanks for your interest in our courses!
By registering for a course, you are entering a contractual relationship for training between you/your organization and Appalachian Guidance.
Payment policy: Payment is due upon registration for the course unless other arrangements have been made.
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: We totally understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule you must email us at: appalachianguidance@gmail.com (LINK PROVIDED BELOW). Cancellations more than 30 days before the first day of your course, will receive a 95% refund. If you choose to reschedule you will receive a 100% credit. Rescheduling 30-14 days before the first day of your course you will receive a 50% credit and If you must cancel, we will give you a 45% refund. If you must cancel less than 14 days before the first day of your course, you will receive no compensation for rescheduling and no refunds. You are certainly welcome to substitute someone else in your place. Courses take place rain or shine. If a course has to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e., extreme weather) then we will try to find you a spot on another date and location of the same course, or a full credit to use towards any of our other courses. Appalachian Guidance is not responsible for expenses incurred by students in preparing for a cancelled course (for example advance purchase plane tickets, or for any additional travel plans associated with this course).
